When skiing and snowboarding in the <\/span>Winter holiday in the \u00d6tztal<\/b><\/span> you can feel all the power of winter. The Platthof is the perfect starting point for adventures on skis or snowboard. The slopes of the surrounding internationally renowned ski resorts S\u00f6lden and Obergurgl\/Hochgurgl inspire both beginners and advanced skiers. Our <\/span>Platthof in the \u00d6tztal<\/b><\/span> is surrounded by a breathtaking mountain backdrop that is covered in deep snow and wildly romantic in winter.<\/span><\/p>

The cross-country skiing trail starts only 50 metres from the farm and stretches over 50 km through the valley basin of the municipality of L\u00e4ngenfeld. Skiing in the \u00d6tztal means enjoying more of everything: 6\nskiing areas, including two glacier skiing areas, over 350 kilometres of piste and top\ninfrastructure. With S\u00f6lden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, there are two of the most famous winter\ntwo of the most famous winter destinations in the Alps are located in the valley. The concentrated diversity\nawaits visitors on two boards. It is cosy and familiar in the\nski region Hochoetz-K\u00fchtai and the smaller areas in Vent, Niederthai and Gries.\nGries.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Nordic sports rival the typical ski day: no crowds or waiting times, but plenty of nature and individuality. The generous loops along the wide valley floor in L\u00e4ngenfeld show a completely different \u00d6tztal - inviting and gentle. The over 50 km long cross-country trails have been awarded the Tyrolean Cross-country Trail Quality Seal and can be used free of charge.<\/span><\/p>

The entrance to this is only 50 metres from the Platthof<\/span><\/p>

In the evening there is also an illuminated night trail in L\u00e4ngenfeld in

The crunching of shoes in the snow, and otherwise
only the silence of winter. Enjoy the many possibilities of the
Winter hiking trails. Whether the Feuersteinweg, to the Wurzbergalm or to the Brand. A pleasant walk up and together, also for the whole family. And if you want to save yourself the descent, take a toboggan downhill.<\/span><\/p>

Sledders in the \u00d6tztal do not necessarily have to climb the path on foot. Lifts also transport them to the start of some routes. New, for example, is the\u00a0<\/span>Toboggan run from the Gaislachkogl middle station<\/a>\u00a0in S\u00f6lden. The ascent with the Gaislachkoglbahn I is possible with a valid ski pass, a tobogganing ticket or by means of a single ticket. Once a week it is illuminated in the evening and with a length of 7.3 km it is one of the longest toboggan runs in Austria. Also in\u00a0<\/span>Hochgurgl<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Vent<\/a>\u00a0there is a toboggan run with lift assistance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Only 5 minutes by car from the Platthof awaits you the Aqua Dome.<\/span><\/strong> Tyrol's largest thermal world is only a few minutes' drive from the Platthof. With a view of the imposing Alpine world, you can lie here in futuristic shell pools, sweat pleasantly in a gorge sauna and regenerate in the 34 to 36 degree thermal water.<\/span><\/p>
